Small-Medium Size Project, Construction Management
The Problem
This was a migration and redevelopment project to accommodate changes to our client's business, and in preparation for a new building projects system, scheduled for 2007/2008.
The Solution
Our role was to perform requirements gathering, produce a requirements specification, and begin system analysis work. We completed Phase 1, which included database design and some prototyping. We also migrated data to SQL Server 2005, and updated aspects of the existing software, such as invoicing, accounts, hires and management reporting.
The work we carried out was delivered on-time and to budget.
